These Terms govern the use of REVUPI, operated by Metaquantics Technologies. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
Acceptance
By creating an account and using REVUPI you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
REVUPI helps drivers log vehicles, fill-ups, maintenance, alerts and expenses, and offers lookup and calculation tools. The information shown depends on the data you enter yourself.
Your account
You are responsible for the information you enter, for keeping your password secret and for all activity on your account. Provide true and up-to-date data, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You may not use the app for unlawful purposes, try to access other people's data, interfere with how the service works, or share your account in a way that breaches these Terms.
Vehicle sharing
When you invite someone to a vehicle, you allow them to see and record information about that vehicle. You can remove their access at any time.
When you create a resale passport link, you decide what it shows and for how long it is valid, and you can revoke it whenever you want.
Informational content
- The information in the app does not replace the advice of a mechanic, a traffic authority or another professional.
- Costs, consumption, deadlines and FIPE table values are estimates. Always check vehicle tax and registration deadlines on the official website of your state's authority.
- Reading receipts from a photo and diagnosis by symptoms use artificial intelligence and can be wrong. Check before saving or deciding.
- For recalls, the app takes you to the official website, where the lookup is made.
REVUPI is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the app's estimates.
Plans, prices and virtual items
You can use REVUPI for free. Premium features and the virtual items in HyperTrunfo are currently in test mode, at no charge. If we start charging, the price and conditions will be shown before any purchase and you will decide whether to buy. The game's virtual items exist only inside the app.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We may change or retire features and will tell you when a change is significant.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time, in the app (Profile, Privacy and Terms, Delete account) or by email to hello@revupi.com. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.
Changes
These Terms may be updated. We will tell you about significant changes in the app. Continuing to use REVUPI after the notice means you accept the new version.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. If you are a consumer, the venue is the courts of your place of residence, as provided by the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code.
