Delete your account and data

You can delete your REVUPI account at any time without contacting anyone. This page explains how and what happens to your data.
In the app
In the app, go to Profile, Privacy and Terms, Delete account.
- If you sign in with email and password, the app asks for your password.
- If you sign in with Google or Apple, we send a 6-digit code to the account email; it is valid for 10 minutes.
Once you confirm, deletion is immediate.
By email
If you can't sign in to the app, write to contact@metaquantics.com from the email registered on the account and ask for deletion. We reply within the legal deadline.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile (name, email, phone, photo and preferences).
- Your vehicles and everything you recorded on them: fuel-ups, maintenance, alerts, taxes, expenses, documents and photos.
- The link to your Google or Apple account, if you used that sign-in.
- The invitations you sent and the access you had to other people's vehicles.
What may remain, and for how long
We keep only what the law requires us to keep, for the legal period. Database backups may hold data for a limited time until they are replaced.
